Anaphylactic or anaphylactoid reactions and death as a direct consequence of measles vaccine virus infection in immunocompromised individuals vaccinated; enceplalopathy, thrombocytopenic purpura, or any acute sequella associated with those reactions.

MMR Vaccine Side Effects Harm Children Through Neurological Damage Within Hours of Injection

It has been reported where symptoms of neurological damage occurred within four hours of vaccination, such side effects could be the cause, and can continue for the rest of life, even causing death through complications due to:

• Anaphylaxis or Anaphylactic shock (serious allergic reaction, within four hours): Cyanosis, Hypotension, Bradycardia, Tachycardia, Arrhythmia, Edema with/without Stridor and Dyspnea, Acute Emphysema, or Eosinophilic liver, spleen and lungs.
  
  
• Thrombocytopenic purpura, (i.e., platelet count less than 50,000/mm). Bone marrow examination, if performed, would reveal a normal or an increased number of megakaryocytes in an otherwise normal marrow.
  
  
• enceplalopathy: for children less than eighteen months of age who present without an associated seizure event, an acute enceplalopathy may be indicated by a significantly decreased level of consciousness lasting for at least twenty-four hours. Those children less than eighteen months of age who present following a seizure may be viewed as having an acute enceplalopathy if their significantly decreased level of consciousness persists beyond twenty-four hours and cannot be attributed to a postictal state (seizure) or medication.
