Hydroxycut Recalled After FDA Warning to Consumers

As of May 1, 2009, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") is "warning consumers to immediately stop using Hydroxycut products," because "[s]ome Hydroxycut products are associated with a number of serious liver injuries."

Due to the severity of this issue, and the widespread usage of the product, the FDA has encouraged health professionals and consumers "to report serious adverse events (side effects) or product quality problems with the use of these products." 

In response to the FDA warning, lovate has recalled the Hydroxycut products from the market.

• Hydroxycut Max Drink Packets;
• Hydroxycut Liquid Shots;
• Hydroxycut Hardcore RTDs (Ready-to-Drink);
• Hydroxycut Max Aqua Shed;
• Hydroxycut 24;
• Hydroxycut Carb Control; and,
• Hydroxycut Natural.

Hydroxycut Adverse Reaction Warning Signs and Dangerous Side Effects
