U.S. 127 Back Open After Truck Accident Slows Rush Hour

A semi-tractor trailer heading north on US 127 overturned near the Trowbridge Road exit at 3PM Tuesday. The truck plowed through a guard rail and went down the embankment.

The driver of the truck was trapped inside for a short time, but he was pulled from the cab with only minor injuries.

The accident led to at least seven other minor accidents as cars slowed to look at the wreckage.

Motorists were urged to avoid the area, but it still caused delays in the evening rush hour traffic.
