School Bus, Car Crash Injures 4

Four people were hospitalized with minor injuries early Monday after a school bus and a car were involved in a head-on crash in Roxbury.

Authorities said the accident happened about 8:15 a.m. at Washington and Ruggles streets in Roxbury. The students were from Blackstone Elementary School in the South End.

They said four people, including two adults and two children who were on the bus, were all taken to both Boston Medical Center and Brigham & Women's Hospital.

There were no identities released and the cause of the crash was under investigation.
