A Safety Recall has been Issued for the Harmony High Chair
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a safety recall of the Harmony High Chair manufactured by Graco Children’s Products. Approximately 1.2 million high chairs manufactured from 2003 to 2009 are affected by this recall.
Graco has received almost 500 reports of screws loosening/falling out and/or plastic brackets cracking causing the high chair to tip over unexpectedly. These tip-overs resulted in 24 reports of injuries including bumps and bruises to the head, a hairline fracture to the arm, and cuts, bumps, bruises and scratches to the body. The model numbers of the high chairs that were recalled because of the fall hazard to children include:

The model numbers may begin with the letter A, B, C or D. Additional models affected are 1752404, 1755859, 1755860, 1757259, 1757412, and 1760429.
In order to locate the model number look on the label located on the bottom of the foot rest.
The high chairs affected by this recall were sold from December 2003 through March 2010 for between $70 and $120 at retailers nationwide including Babies "R" Us, Toys "R" Us, Sears, Target, Walmart, WalMart.com, Shopko, USA Baby, AAFES, Burlington Coat Factory.
Anyone who has one of the affected high chairs should stop using it immediately.
